Privacy Policy

This is placeholder policy text for ITHireHub. Replace this page with a legal document reviewed by counsel before accepting real candidate or employer data. At a minimum it should cover: what data is collected (profile, resume, application history), how it is used (matching, employer visibility, communications), how candidates control visibility, data retention and deletion, and third-party processors (e.g. resume storage, email delivery, analytics).

Never expose sensitive candidate information publicly — resumes and contact details are visible only to employers a candidate has applied to or explicitly opted to be discoverable by (see docs/DATABASE.md and docs/ARCHITECTURE.md § Security).
